Spring and Fall for water related activities:
It will be a much more
enjoyable experience for you if you are dressed for the weather. Cotton is a
poor insulator when wet. (And you will get wet.) Don't wear it, or you will be
cold. Wool, polypropylene, nylon and other synthetics are good. A nylon wind
breaker, or rain gear is also a good idea. Wool socks, cap and gloves are
recommended on cold days. Wet suits and
splash tops are available for rent and are
recommended on cooler days. We
also sell appropriate gear in our retail store.
